How to Use Your Digital Certificate

I've Lost My Certificate Email!

It's super easy to get your credential!

First, go to Accredible's certificate retrieval page. Then, enter your email and submit.

You will then receive an email from Accredible Certificates <certificates@accredible.com> with links to all the certificates that belong to your email address.

Still don't receive the email? Email us, because you may have an old email address on file.

Using My Digital Credential

Now that you've confirmed everything on your credential is correct, you can verify the credential. Once you do so, you are able to access and use your digital CESP™ credential in many different ways, including:

  • Download a PDF to print
  • Email the credential to another person
  • Add your credential to your LinkedIn profile
  • Add the credential to your email signature
  • Change your privacy settings
    • Want to go private? Should credential holders elect to make the credential private, one must go to your credential through email, select ‘privacy options,’ and toggle it to private. The credential holder will then not show up on the Current List of CESP Credential Holders.

Use of the Credential Mark and Logo

Credential holders are able to use the mark in the following ways:

  • John Doe, CESP™
  • John Doe, Credentialed Employment Support Professional™
Credentialed Employment Support Professional™, CESP, and the CESP logo are marks owned by APSE and may be used only by persons that have completed and maintained credentialing requirements.
After credential holders receive notification of their confirmed credential, the mark may be used only as long as their credential remains valid and in good standing. Individuals may not use the mark until they have received specific written notification that they have successfully completed all requirements, including passing the exam. Credential holders must comply with all recredentialing requirements to maintain use of the mark.
Attainment of the credential is non-transferable and revocable. Use of the designation "Credentialed Employment Support Professional™ (CESP)”  is limited and subject to compliance with policies and procedures, which may be revised from time to time.
