How do I update my contact information?

Are you a current CESP and unable to login to APSE Apply?

Do you have a new email address?

If yes - email us at cesp@apse.org. We'll get your new email set up so you see the CESP Recertification by CE Credits application.

If no, and you have access to your old email address - login at www.apse.smapply.org

At the top right, click on your name then "My Account." Change your email address and click save. You should receive an email asking you to confirm the email change from APSE Apply. Click to confirm that, then go to login.

When logging in use the following steps:
1. Click login at www.apse.smapply.org, then "forgot your password?"
2. Enter your new email address
3. Go to your email and reset your password through the link sent there

Otherwise, set up a new account and email us at cesp@apse.org. Our team will get you set up!

If you're sure we have the right email address on file, it's possible that you're not getting the emails. Our best guess is that your company has a really good spam filter happening that's keeping you from receiving them.

Two options:

  1. Talk to your IT and ask them to add "APSE Apply <info@apse.org>" as well as "APSE Apply <cesp@apse.org>" to the approved list. If that won't work, we suggest sending this particular article to your IT. It has a bit more information about white-listing the email address which should allow it to come through.
  2. Change the email address under "My Account" while logged in. We recommend changing it to a personal email that you check regularly (i.e. Gmail or yahoo, etc. Those don't seem to cause an issue), as we communicate the status of applications through email. Although with the new system you can always log in and see the status. Note this will also change the email you would use to log in.
