What is the recertification fee and how do I pay?

You are able to pay by credit/debit through the APSE Apply application for recertification or by mailing in a check. Please note that your application will not be reviewed until payment has been received.

If mailing a check, please make sure your application is submitted online. All checks must be made payable to “APSE”. Checks made payable to “CESP” will be returned. Be sure to include the name of the applicant on the check or a confirmation email that includes the applicant's name.

Recertification by Continuing Education Application	$125 USD (non-refundable)
Recertification by Examination	$40 USD for Exam Eligibility Application* Paid to APSE on the application or in check $159 Examination Attempt *Paid to Kryterion when scheduling via credit/debit card only

Please note: The application must be submitted and in "Awaiting Check Payment Status" for APSE to process check payments. If a check is received before the application has reached this stage, the check will be returned. Applications will not be reviewed for eligibility until payment has been received.
