How do I add more to my application for recertification?

If your application after the first review said you needed to add more credits, you can open your pending application back up to continue editing. It is your responsibility to resubmit the application within 30 days for a final review.

Your application should be in a stage where it’s “awaiting additional documentation.” You can add additional credits to the “track recertification credits” task when you open your application back up.

You do NOT need to resubmit the credits that were already approved. Check the review to see which activities are in question.

You can also ask for documentation from a trainer, HR, supervisor, etc. in the second task. It is similar to an "employment verification" where you enter an email address and request the person to login and provide documentation.
